To make transit more accessible for students, MCCCD partially subsidizes a given number of transit passes district-wide. Transit passes may be used for regular Valley Metro services, including bus and light rail.
At the time of purchase, students requesting a transit subsidy must be a registered full-time (12-credit hours or more) student of MCCCD.
The student must commute to campus at least two days per week via transit.
