SIS Announcement

The Human Capital Management (HCM) Release 4 Project will go-live on Monday, February 5, 2018. As part of the conversion process, the following system downtimes will occur:

 

For Students: The Student Information System (SIS) will be unavailable to students (and staff) beginning Friday, February 2, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. Nightly batch activities will continue both Friday and Saturday nights. We expect the system to be available again to staff and students during the day on Sunday, February 4, 2018 (the specific time will be announced when conversion activities are completed and verified.

 

For Staff: The Human Capital Management (HCM) system will be down and unavailable beginning Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. through Monday, February 5, 2018 at 6:00 a.m. The Financial Management System (FMS) will not be down during this process.
