Why is the 1098-T Form important?
IRS 1098-T form, also referred to as the "Tuition Statement," is provided to help students determine eligibility to claim educational tax credits, such as The American Opportunity Credit or the Lifetime Learning Credit.

How do I download the 1098-T form?
- Go to tra.vangent.com (Internet Explorer 9 users may need to use “Compatibility View”).
- Click the “First Time Students” button.
- Enter the last five (5) digits of your Social Security Number and your full first and last name.
- Click “Next.”
What should I do if my 1098-T was mailed to the wrong address?
1098-T forms are sent to the mailing address listed in your Student Center. If your 1098-T was mailed to the wrong address, please update your mailing address in your Student Center, and then contact Student Financial Services at 480-731-8700 or at email@example.com.
